Gangai Drop Taxi provides one-way taxi services across Tamil Nadu and major cities. Our services include:

• Point-to-point transportation services
• Pre-booked taxi services
• On-demand taxi services (subject to availability)
• Inter-city and intra-city travel

3. User Account

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate

4. Booking and Payments

Booking:

• All bookings are subject to driver availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Payments:

• Fares are calculated based on distance traveled and time
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or waiting time

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking subject to the following conditions:

• No cancellation fee if canceled 30 minutes before pickup time
• 50% cancellation fee if canceled between 15-30 minutes before pickup
• Full fare charged if canceled less than 15 minutes before pickup or for no-show
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

6. User Conduct

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
• Cause damage to the vehicle or its furnishings
• Behave in a disorderly, abusive, or violent manner
• Carry illegal substances or weapons
• Request drivers to break traffic rules or speed limits
• Carry more passengers than the vehicle's capacity

7. Liability

Gangai Drop Taxi shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
• Traffic delays, road conditions, or weather conditions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and mobile application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gangai Drop Taxi or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
